4. The remote control distance is 40-50 meters when it is open and barrier-free, and 20-30 meters when there are obstacles. When the indicator light is not bright enough when the remote control time is long, it means that the battery in the remote control is insufficient and the remote control distance will be shortened. At this time, the remote control battery should be replaced.
5. There is a rack in the door opener, so children should be warned not to stay away from the door opener.
6. The door opener should be maintained in time, and lubricating oil should be added to the slide and gear parts.
7. If the door opener fails, please notify the manufacturer's after-sales service department in time and do not repair it by yourself. Otherwise, the manufacturer will not be responsible for any losses caused by it.
