Features
Can work continuously, it will not be stop because of the temperature.
In case of power failure, the barrier be opened and closed manually after release clutch.
Advantages
- The new orange color adds safety and high temperature paint does not fade.
- The chassis is made of specially treated steel plates.
- Extremely cost-effective, and very durable.
- Turboworm integrated movement, motor has overcurrent, overheating and other self-protection functions.
- With stop locking function, can prevent external force lifting rod.
- Advanced elastic balancing mechanism is adopted to make the brake lever lift and fall flat.
- The whole machine has stable operation, low noise, high efficiency and higher reliability.
Techniques For Automatic Barrier Troubleshooting
When in use, automatic barriers may have a number of issues. The following lists some typical issues along with solutions.
The barrier travel limit switch's red light is out after the barrier rod falls, indicating that the drop limit is not in effect. The limit plate can be adjusted to resolve this. The limit plate's job is to regulate the barrier rod's lifting and lowering limit positions. The barrier rod won't be precisely in place if the limit plate is not positioned correctly. The limit plate must be carefully adjusted in accordance with the barrier's operating instructions and specific structure until the barrier rod can precisely stop in the falling position and the limit switch functions as intended.
The spring tension is excessive; this can be fixed by loosening the spring screw or adjusting the spring adjustment nut located at the bottom of the spring in the barrier. The lifting and lowering of the barrier rod is significantly influenced by the barrier's spring tension. The barrier rod will naturally rise again after lowering if the spring tension is too high because of its flexibility. To prevent over-adjustment and other issues, test the spring adjustment nut or screw after making small adjustments.
An excessively high car inspection sensitivity or interference from nearby metal objects could be the cause of the ground sensor coil issue. Adjusting the vehicle inspection sensitivity can address an excessively high sensitivity; if metal objects are causing interference near the coil, the interference must be checked and eliminated. Electromagnetic induction is the foundation of the ground sensor coil's operation. The coil's inductance will be impacted by the metal items in the vicinity, which will compromise the vehicle's detecting accuracy.
The motor is stalled. Rotating the tiny black rotor beneath the (movable) motor will solve the problem. Long-term usage without maintenance, dust and dirt getting within the motor, or wear on the motor's components can all cause the motor to become stuck. If there is a lot of resistance when turning the small rotor, you might need to check the motor for any damaged parts or foreign items.
Increased friction in the mechanical component: After prolonged usage, the gate's mechanical components may get worn down, rusted, or unlubricated. Currently, lubricating oil can be used to solve the issue. Turn off the electricity first, then raise the gate with a ladder, locate the friction point, and apply it. To make sure the surface is clean, you must clean the friction points before lubricating. Depending on the circumstances, lubricants can be chosen from silicone grease or paint oil.
The crossbar is bent or stuck: It is essential to determine whether the crossbar is distorted or trapped. If so, a repair or replacement is required. The crossbar may fail to fall normally as a result of being struck by outside forces while being used or bent by issues with its own quality. When inspecting, take care to see if the crossbar's surface is bent or damaged.
Sensor failure: This could be the cause if the crossbar is not the issue. You must now verify that the sensor is operating correctly. Moisture, loose circuits, damaged components, etc., can all cause the sensor to fail. The sensor must be tested to see if it can detect cars or other related signals normally, and the sensor connecting line must be made sure to be firm.
