Examine the door opener and its accessories carefully. These typically include the product list, warranty card, certificate of conformance, side-mounted door opener handbook, control power supply, tension coin, rubber rain cover, and other installation accessories.

Prior to installing the door opener, make sure the door can be operated smoothly and that its weight and size fit the door opener's specifications and usage requirements. In addition, make sure the installation area is safe by keeping kids away from the area where the door machine is functioning. This is because the region near the door opening is risky for safety reasons.

Mark the installation site with a marker. Determining the precise installation location is a crucial step that will impact the door opener's safety and future use.

Make holes where indicated. When punching holes, make sure the hole is of a high enough quality to prevent cracks or unevenness and pay attention to the hole's size, depth, and other criteria to meet installation requirements.

The door opener can be assembled by first installing the main tension coin, inserting the pin into the hole, and then using a connection screw to attach the main tension coin to the negative tension coin and the auxiliary tension arm to the base. Once the cushion is in place, cover it with the waterproof cover and tighten the screws. For instance, in certain door opener installations, the cushion placement needs to guarantee flatness, the waterproof cover needs to be fully covered, and the screws need to be gently tightened. It shouldn't be too tight to harm parts or too slack to cause leaks or loose pieces.

After opening the black rubber cover on the back of the door opener with the six-wheeled feet, take off the door opener shell, insert the door opener into the punched hole, and secure it with screws. Make that the door opener is positioned horizontally and securely during the fixing operation, and that the screws are uniformly tightened.

Follow the door opener wiring diagram when performing wire procedures. To prevent incorrect wiring, pay close attention to the wiring's accuracy. Wires of various colors, for instance, can represent several functional connections that require careful identification and connection.

Once the wiring is finished, verify the door opener's functionality by turning it on and seeing if the motor is operating normally, if the mechanical arm rotates as it should, etc. In order to determine whether the wiring is correct or if there are other issues, the power should be shut off right once if any abnormalities are discovered.
